Dehydrated Garlic Powder, Rapeseed oil, Antifoaming Agent: di-methyl polysilonxane, Ground Pimento, Ground Ginger, Iodised Salt, Flavour Enhancers (E621, E627, E631), Corn Starch, Sugar, Spices and Spice Extracts (Turmeric, Paprika), Vegetable Fat, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein, Chicken Flavour, Colourants (E104, E110), Citric Acid, Anticaking Agent (E551), Scotch Bonnet, Onions, Mixed Pepper, Salt.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

MICROWAVE

1. Gently tear off the transparent lid, empty

into a microwaveable container.

2. Microwave from frozen for 8 minutes.

3. Microwave for first 5 minutes, remove

and stir.

4. Leave in microwave for another 3 minutes.

OVEN

1. Put in a preheated oven for 35 minutes.

2. Cook for 20 minutes bring out to stir.

3. Put back for another 15 minutes.
